Customer Delivery Terms

Billing & Delivery

Effective Date: June 27, 2026

Back to WaveMaster Pro

This Billing & Delivery Policy explains what customers purchase, when payment is taken, how delivery works, and how to request help if delivery fails.

1. What You Are Buying

Each paid transaction purchases a limited digital download unlock for one rendered mastered audio export generated through WaveMaster Pro. The purchase does not include ownership of the Service, account access, permanent cloud storage, source code, or any guaranteed professional/audio-engineering outcome.

2. Billing

  • The displayed price is currently USD $10.00 per single mastered track export, USD $10.00 multiplied by the rendered track count for batch ZIP exports, or USD $25.00 total for an album WAV export of two or more tracks, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Payment may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, card networks, or other payment methods made available by those processors.
  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may display Tidewater Studios LLC, Tidewater Studios, WaveMaster, or a processor descriptor.
  • Applicable taxes, fees, exchange rates, or card-network charges may be determined by the processor, financial institution, or governing law.

3. Delivery Method

Delivery normally occurs in the same browser after payment verification. The Service prepares the paid WAV download and displays a manual Download WAV now link if the browser does not automatically save the file. Mobile browsers and in-app payment flows may require tapping the visible download link after checkout.

4. Same-Browser Recovery

Because audio is processed locally, re-download recovery depends on the same browser and the same site storage remaining available. Recovery may fail if browser storage is cleared, private browsing is used, a different device is used, or device/browser storage policies remove the local file.

5. Non-Delivery Procedure

If you paid but did not receive a file, contact Tidewater Studios contact page with the transaction ID, payment receipt, device/browser, file name, and a description of what happened. We may attempt to verify payment, assist with same-browser recovery, provide a reasonable remedy, or issue a refund under the Refund Policy.

6. Processor Policies

Payment processors may have their own checkout, authorization, settlement, refund, and dispute procedures. Stripe and PayPal are independent processors and may process financial data under their own terms and policies.
